Project brief
TAV is a global airport success story written through know-how, experience, and creativity. And they are one of our favourite and long standing clients. Working with TAV is a pleasure, and their understanding of operational excellence and airport construction has propelled it into a world leader. TAV Airports serve approximately 420K flights and now operate 12 airports. For TAV’s latest project the brief was to implement the design on their Macedonian website and implement a content management system. To further streamline their processes, we had to create a tool for sourcing information from external partners for cargo and flight information
Solution
When we started working on the solution we had three key drivers in mind: stability, security and speed. The most challenging part of the project was the information architecture, and integration with several internal and external systems. The final systems we put in place were implemented for the airports in both Skopje and Ohrid, the busiest ones in Macedonia.
