Project brief

The telecommunication operator One Telecom launched a new sub-brand for the Macedonian market called Dzabest. Dzabest’s aim was to capture the younger population and turn them into long-term loyal customers. Artisitika was subcontracted on this project by Idea Plus, a local marketing agency that managed the One Telecom account. Idea Plus were responsible for the overall marketing campaign and the brands design, and we carried out the rest.


The solution we developed for Dzabest has several components to enable website management and increase customer engagement and retention. We built the full front and back-end of the website, and implemented a content management system so that Dzabest staff can manage their marketing campaigns. In preparation for the launch and following marketing activities, we developed a full set of digital brand collateral. Next we developed and implemented a customer loyalty programme, to improve retention. Finally we developed a games module, whereby third-party games can be linked to the Dzabest website, increasing the time spent on the site and overall brand engagement.
